Once you submit this form, your account will be charged the amount due listed on your tuition invoice. Future tuition payments will be processed on the due date of your invoice. You will always receive an invoice prior to your account being charged, to allow enough time to discuss any charges you may have questions about.

What happens when I stop taking lessons?
Your account will not continue to be charged after you withdraw from PMA. Every transaction is double-checked and hand-entered by PMA's Director. Your personal information is not made available to any other PMA employee. And when your time with us is over, your account is deleted.
